Being the dare devils they are, the trio decided to record their take on the iconic Kind Of Blue album by Miles Davis, where they are adding the trio’s touch to the beautiful compositions of the album.

This includes adding new rhythmic, melodic, harmonic and form elements – and the delicate nuanced of interplay, that is always strong asset of this trio.

After having had the opportunity to perform the music a few times in 2024, the group had a really nice and relaxed recording session at Thor Madsens Mazza Mansion studio.

This album really captures the sound to the Jazz Explorer Trio !
